The 2022 results map is rather different to the above, and suggests that the par score is for the Lib Dems and Conservatives to both go backwards: the Conservatives stand to lose Paulsgrove and Hilsea to the Portsmouth Independents, Cosham to Labour and Eastney/Craneswater to the Lib Dems, while Labour would also gain Fratton and Central Southsea from the Lib Dems.
