Then, consider how every element of the burger is made in-housefrom the beef thats chopped daily in the Gramercy Tavern kitchen to the bun. We went for my hubbys birthday and it was our first experience! The biggest blunder was he forgot to place our order with the kitchen and after over 45 mins he informed us of his mistake. I asked to substitute Blackened shrimp for the battered shrimp in my salad and that was done without a problem. Disappointed there was not more fresh fish on the menu. Great food but my favorite is the sushi - but best ones are not on the menu. A friend and I got the Kaos roll once - VERY spicy, so beware of that one if that is not your thing. It was a busy night, people were overworked but still managed to provide great service. We will be back!!! Would definitely return toChucks again!More. What an incredible experience! Our main complaint about the sushi was that the seaweed wrap was very hard to chew through and had issues eating/swallowing it.
